Standard Warranties
25-Year Structural
Warranty
Includes the structural integrity of external walls, floor, roof and structural columns.
5-Year Product
Warranty
Covers the external fabric of the building, floor deck, external cladding finish, window frames and glazing, external door frame, finish and external glazing, building fascia and roof finish.
12-Months Parts
Warranty
Parts that aren’t already included in the Structural or Product warranties enjoy a 12 months warranty. In the unlikely event that a fault develops with your building in its first 12 months, we’ll repair or replace the faulty component free of charge.
Flexible Maintenance Packages
The Structure 100 field service team provide rapid and flexible maintenance and aftercare options. The validity of all warranties is subject to buildings being maintained in accordance with the operations manual.
