Structure100 is pleased to have delivered a turnkey project for the construction of new public toilets in Porthcawl on behalf of our parent company, Healthmatic.

Commencing with the planning application process and the demolition of existing facilities, the new building was manufactured using our advanced volumetric construction techniques, delivered to location and installed by our skilled project management team.

This has allowed Porthcawl, as a busy and thriving coastal town to provide modern and high quality facilities for the significantly increased number of visitors experienced in the region over recent years. The provision of modern public facilities such as public toilets has been recognised as an important element in creating a positive experience for visitors and enhancing the reputation of local and regional authorities.
